These general and special conditions apply to all services marketed by SRL Beer My Guest. The term “Service” refers indifferently to an animation, a workshop, a tour, an activity or a tailor-made service marketed by Beer My Guest SRL. The buyer acknowledges having been informed and having accepted the fact that Beer My Guest SRL is the seller carrying out this sale in accordance with all the legal provisions specified in Belgian law. Consequently, any sale made on this website is subject to the general and specific conditions of sale of the SRL appearing below.
General conditions Special and group offers:
Prices are inclusive of all taxes and in Euros. Beer My Guest Company grants itself the right to change its rates at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when registering the order. Regulations Payment for the events available on our site www.beermyguest.be are made via a reservation platform.
Also, these activities can be paid by bank transfer on request. In the context of payment by transfer, the services will only be deemed reserved upon receipt of the transfer to the Beer My Guest account. A confirmation email will then be sent. Without this email, no service will be considered confirmed.
A payment in cash on the day of departure from the tour or tasting is only possible with a written validation (email, letter) from a manager of Beer My Guest.
Anyone arriving without having previously paid for their trip/activity and not presenting any payment will be refused access to the activity with no possibility of complaint.
A receipt of payment can be given on request to any person paying for the service on the same day
With regard to the activity of the Beer My Guest SRL, it disclaims any liability in the event of drunk people and bad behavior. Beer My Guest SRL reserves the right to suspend the service/activity undertaken if there is damage to the equipment of our partners as well as in the event of inappropriate behavior. In such, Beer My Guest reserves the right to request a valid identity document. In any case, except with the express and motivated authorization of Beer My Guest, a minor may not take part in alcohol tastings (beers, wines and spirits).

Duration of validity – Gift vouchers
From the date of issue, gift vouchers are valid for 1 year. (In times of COVID crisis, possibility to extend – send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org)
In the context of a cancellation by the buyer, the refund proceeds as follows:
- Date of purchase until 30 days before the departure date: 100% refunded by bank transfer, or a gift voucher
- 29 to 21 days before the service: 75% refund
- 20 to 6 days before the service: 50% refund
- Up to 6 days before the service: No refund will be made during this period except in exceptional circumstances (Hospitalization, death, COVID crisis).
Cancellation requests relating to transport or illness problems will not be taken into account. (Except in times of COVID crisis)
Cancellation conditions due to Beer My Guest In the event of cancellation due to the Beer My Guest SRL (dangerous weather conditions, mechanical failure of the vehicle, impromptu sick leave of the guide, etc.): a full reimbursement will be offered to the buyer of the service or the possibility of deferral to an equivalent service. However, Beer My Guest SRL reserves the right to cancel or modify its services in the event of an insufficient number of people on a circuit up to 72 hours before the aforementioned service. (Extremely rare case)
Customer civil responsibility
Beer My Guest SRL declines all responsibility for damage of any kind, such as theft, likely to affect the effects, objects or materials brought by customers. Each visitor is responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, that they may cause during their presence during a service/activity offered by the Beer My Guest SRL
Professional Civil Responsibility
